		<description>I couldn't agree more with this blog.  Although I live in the US I too had an audiologist put that blue stuff in my ears and about a week later I had the most comfortable iPod Attachments in my ears.  In my case, the standard iPod ear buds fit onto the attachments (that were made from molds of my ears) and then the attachments go into my ears.  It's true that I was able to lower the volume because I no longer have to drown out the background noise.  The company here in the US that I used is Earsound Customs (www.earsound.com).  Hope this helps.</description>
